The Fallen Ones are lesser demons twisted into stunted, goblin-like forms, with snarling faces and

jagged, fanged grins that mock the living. Hunched and scrawny, they attack in screeching swarms, driven by a ferocious pack mentality and a savage delight in carnage. Though they often rush into battle with reckless abandon, they’re quick to turn and flee at the first sign of serious resistance, skittering back into the shadows and yelping in fear.

Their loyalty is fickle, yet they hold a crude devotion to their leaders—the Butcher, who feeds them and drives their bloodlust, and their dark shaman, a spellcaster who grants them power they barely understand. At the heart of each pack is the Fallen Shaman, a slightly larger and more cunning Fallen One wielding unholy spells to raise its slain kin and empower the swarm. This shaman’s presence keeps them in line, binding them in chaotic service to the Butcher. The shaman’s dark magic strengthens the Fallen Ones’ resolve, bolstering their courage and calling their fallen brethren back from death in grotesque displays of loyalty. Under the shaman’s shrill incantations, the Fallen Ones press forward, spurred by the twisted promise of rebirth, but always ready to scatter if the tide turns against them.

This miniature can be used for tabletop RPG's like D&D, Pathfinder, Shadowdark, fantasy boardgames and wargames.
